Bob, Ray (or any of you other experts out there)  here is a question I have
been meaning to pose to this panel.  What was that car at Ray Milland drove
in the suspense movie "The Uninvited"---a Singer?   I've wondered what kind
of British car is in that film as I don't know the English cars like I do
the American cars.  Great looking convertible.  If I recall the film is from
about 1948 or so.   Dan Gooding

Hi Ray,

This is going to be a good event to attend if you are a Rootes Group owner
as we all are. There are 2 possibly 3 cars heading down from Nova Scotia to
attend, one being my close friend Rod Patriquin and his wife Lindsay in
their 1959 Black & White Singer Gazelle drophead coupe so if any of you see
him there, be sure to go up and introduce yourselves. Also, Dave Munroe and
Carol who live about a km away will be there in their "slightly" modified
1965 Tiger.

I was planning to attend in the 1953 Alpine but I am scheduled for leg
surgery again tomorrow, hopefully the last one.
