Good luck on the rim embellisher search.They are in the hens teeth category as are the retaining clips. Agood substitute and very close match are rings from late forties chevrolet truck and full size car. The package has three lables. COUNT ERPART 
AUTOMOTIVE.FARGO AUTOMOTIVE and OVAL INDUSTRIES,Orange CA. The part nu mber is 16-18303-S. I got mine from a hub cap store in Portland OR. I'd have to search for the name but would be happy to do so if anyone is interested.     Pete ----- Original Message -----
