Hi Wes thanks for reply,I too have met Stirling twice,and race against him and won, on the many visits he had here,he competed in our Grand Prix Rallies 1991=92? I was in my Tiger and he was driving a E type Jag.I lined up with him on the 1/4 mile sprint,and won the sprint,but the best part was on the end of the 1/4mile we had to do the race circuit,to get back to the start to take a second run, being always the racing driver,Stirling was on my tail pushing pushing the Tiger to the end, The silver Talbot Alpine in the Fed Square photo's was also on that Rally,and Mike got him to sign the glove box of the Alpine, Stirling comented on the fine job done on the Alpine,Mike informed him I did the restoration,on stating I was driving the Green Tiger in the rally,to which Stirling said," that Green Tiger "what a fast car,and what a good driver" live with me forever, Mal Clark.
